Dr. Patricia Nellius-Guthrie, Founder and Lead Consultant has extensive, successful nonprofit human service and national consulting experience. Patricia has founded and operationalized numerous nonprofit agencies and programs throughout her career. Most recently, Patricia provided executive leadership to spearhead the non profit agency selected to privatize child welfare in Brevard County, Florida resulting in the successful negotiation and implementation of an 82 million dollar contract. Since that time 5 years ago, Patricia has provided Statewide Wraparound Training for the Comprehensive Services Act Office in the State of Virginia, and has provided technical assistance across several communities implementing wraparound pilot projects.

SOC Consulting Group utilizes a value based fee schedule for consultation services. Our value based methodology ensures the completion of the project to your satisfaction without tight time constraints. All contracted services include unlimited follow up email consultation for up to 1 year following the implementation of the project. When necessary, we will conduct a diagnostic assessment and make recommendations based upon the analysis of need.
